PLOFLON® Customised PTFE format goods and drawing parts - precise, flexible, solution-oriented

PLOFLON® offers PTFE blanks, drawing parts and format goods, perfectly customised to individual requirements in machine and plant construction. Whether rectangular sheets, precise circular elements, strips or special shapes - the parts are manufactured from PTFE film, self-adhesive film or reinforced material. Self-adhesive versions are equipped with heat-resistant silicone adhesive and can withstand temperatures of up to +260 °C. The available widths range from 10 mm strips to sheet formats of 1,000 × 1,000 mm and more. This minimises creases, protrusions and installation errors - technically sophisticated and practical.

Flexible application areas for demanding processes

The format products and drawing parts are suitable for a wide range of applications: as separating or protective layers on heating elements, as reinforced fabric cuts for conveyor belts or as precise cuts in sealing technology. In the packaging industry, precision-fit PTFE sheets prevent films or adhesives from sticking while at the same time reducing friction. They are also tried and tested in electronics production - for example as insulating or conductive underlays - as well as in laboratory and medical technology, where surfaces need to be cleaned and sterilised quickly.
