Where high demands are placed on a product, PLOFLON® 1000 is the convincing solution. High-quality woven glass fibre fabric in premium quality, coated with a specially formulated fluoropolymer. PLOFLON® 1000 offers improved bending properties and outstanding characteristics and resistance in the high temperature range up to max. 310° C. It also impresses with its high chemical and thermal stability, good electrical insulating properties, outstanding weather resistance, anti-adhesive behaviour, good sliding properties and is non-flammable. A conceivable area of application would be, for example, as a flexible compensator to equalise movements in pipelines, particularly in the event of thermal length changes, vibrations, wall penetrations or subsidence.
