PLOFLON® ultra-fine PTFE adhesive film - thin, powerful and precise

The PLOFLON® PTFE adhesive film is an extremely thin, self-adhesive high-performance carrier for applications where precision and performance are required in the tightest of spaces. The pure PTFE film is only 0.08 mm thick and is therefore close to the ideal material thickness to offer maximum flexibility even with complex geometries. A specially developed silicone adhesive ensures that the film adheres reliably despite its lightweight construction and can withstand temperatures from -73 °C to +260 °C.

The smooth surface of the PLOFLON® PTFE adhesive film prevents material adhesion and makes cleaning easier. Transparency and high chemical resistance make it particularly suitable for optically sensitive and sterilisable processes - for example in laboratory technology, medical technology or semiconductor production. In aircraft and aerospace construction, the film scores highly thanks to its extremely low weight and maximum robustness under thermal stress.
