PLOFLON® PTFE adhesive tape test range - 7 rolls in different widths

Our PLOFLON Teflon® adhesive tape For many customers, our standardised range is a good opportunity to try out our top-quality products in different widths during an initial test phase. After the various in-house trial runs or test installations, we can then produce your specific width, or you can choose from our standardised stock.

The range consists of the following components:

•     7 rolls PLOFLON® PTFE adhesive tapewound on itself without a cover.
•     Temperature resistance max. 260 degrees Celsius.
•     Total thickness with silicone adhesive approx. 0.145mm.
•     Thickness without silicone adhesive approx. 0.095mm.
•     Roll length 10m.
•     Assortment contains the following widths: 10mm, 20mm, 30mm, 40mm, 50mm, 60mm, 150mm.
•     Colours: white and brown assorted.

Our PLOFLON® high-end top products are used here, for example:

•     PLOFLON® PTFE adhesive tapes with high temperature resistance (from -170°C to +260°C)
•     Excellent non-stick properties.
•     Cladding of the impression cylinders.
•     Covering on friction areas in hoppers, guide rails and shafts.

•     Lining of the roller coater for sticky and adhesive materials.
•     Heat sealing of plastic films.
