PLOFLON® PTFE film - non-adhesive version, by the metre

Our high-quality, non-adhesive PLOFLON® PTFE film with glass fibre core scores highly with its excellent non-stick properties and above-average durability. It is available in different material thicknesses and is therefore suitable for a wide range of applications, including as release films and tapes for use in polymer film packaging machines, angle sealing machines, blister packaging machines, tubular bag packaging machines, sack and bag sealing machines (often single-sided self-adhesive products, etc.).

During the firing process of grinding and cutting discs, aluminium plates ensure that the grinding discs do not warp during the drying time and do not stick together due to the resin flow. The intermediate layers made of PLOFLON® PTFE film are considerably thinner, can be easily removed and can be used several times.
