Our extremely smooth and heat-resistant PLOFLON® PTFE film without a glass fibre core impresses with its pronounced non-stick properties and high durability. A specially developed silicone adhesive on the reverse side, like the film itself, is designed to withstand the highest temperatures of up to 260 degrees Celsius and can therefore be used in a wide range of applications in research, industry, aircraft construction and aerospace.
Special properties of PLOFLON® PTFE film:
- Available total thicknesses with silicone adhesive: 0.180mm, 0.300mm, 0.600mm.
- Material thickness without silicone adhesive approx.: 0.125mm, 0.240mm, 0.530mm
- Adhesive strength approx.: 4.4 N/cm, 5.5 N/cm, 6.3 N/cm
- Completely without glass fibre core.
- Colour light grey (similar to RAL 7035).
- Very easy to clean thanks to the extremely dirt-repellent surface.
- Excellent non-stick properties.
- Standard width 1000mm.
- High heat resistance up to max. 260 °C.
