PLOFLON® PTFE film - self-adhesive (brown), with a high quality and heat resistant silicone adhesive, provides a surface with exceptional non-stick properties for many industrial applications requiring high temperature resistance, electrical resistance, mechanical strength, fire resistance and cost effectiveness. PLOFLON® self-adhesive PTFE film is available in rolls or cut to shape in widths from 2mm to 1000mm. The standard roll length is always 30m, the standard width 1,000mm or 1500mm. Possible applications include as a separating layer for heat sealing and in packaging machines, as an auxiliary material for ironing or pressing, as a roller coating, shaft coating or non-stick layer on adhesive tools, etc.
- Heat-resistant up to 260 °C.
- Very easy to clean thanks to dirt-repellent coating.
- Can be used for fusing machines, transfer presses, thermal printing, etc.
