PLOFLON® Versatile silicone rubber for industrial applications

PLOFLON® silicone rubber is made from high-quality, pure silicone rubber. In rolls or as format sheets with glass fibre cores, it offers excellent temperature resistance up to 220 °C, and even up to 300 °C for short periods for special variants. The smooth surface prevents adhesion and makes cleaning easier - ideal for sealing and insulation tasks in demanding environments.

Fields of application and technical advantages

The material is suitable for a wide range of applications in the automotive, electrical, marine and sanitary sectors. It is used for the production of O-rings, flat seals, cable sheathing or as corrosion protection. In aircraft construction and medical technology, silicone rubber impresses with its resistance to UV, ozone and extreme temperatures. It also contributes to hygiene in the food industry.
