Metal detectable PLOFLON® PTFE adhesive tape consists of a PTFE / glass fabric with aluminium foil and a high-temperature resistant silicone adhesive, which is additionally covered with a yellow protective film. The combination of a thin aluminium foil with the non-stick surface is ideal for special applications in many packaging machines or similar areas of use. The integrated aluminium foil is perfectly suited to being identified by metal detectors, for example, if the adhesive tape is worn or the application surface is damaged. A silicone adhesive layer applied to the aluminium foil enables uncomplicated and durable fixing in the respective work area.
